Recently Iress Community published article ACTION REQUIRED for users of Diary Sync, I wanted to check in to ensure you are aware of this and to confirm your Xplan upgrade cycle so you will know when your site is likely to upgrade to the relevant Xplan Version. This article also links to further explanation from Microsoft.
The Xplan changes that allow for the new configuration method required for Diary Sync will be released in Xplan version 26.9.496 which is due for release in the week starting 14 September.
Some Xplan site use the standard auto-upgrade. This means that those site should be upgraded to version 26.9.496 with sufficient time to apply the new configuration prior to 1 October.
After upgrade to version 26.9.496, all users will also receive an onscreen prompt on login to Xplan letting them know that they have upgraded, and if they are users of Diary Sync, they should reauthenticate their credentials to continue to use Diary Sync.
