REQUESTING SUPPORT FROM IRESS - New Licence for Xplan

The IRESS team can help you with your software by either phoning or lodging an online ticket via their IRESS Connect Portal.

To lodge request via the IRESS Connect Portal, click on the above link.

 

If this is your first time you will need to create a login by entering your email address, or you can ask acolleague to set you up via their login using the Access to Iress Connect option.




Once you have logged in you can use this site to connect with multiple teams from IRESS to request help, change or add a license, request a change, or work on a shared project.


 

 

Click on the tile that best suits your request.


In this example we are going to select New Licence.



 

  • Licence Requests

IRESS software licence: new; change access for an existing licence; delete a licence; or billing query.

 

Once you select the request, complete the form with as much details as possible.

 

Example: I want to request new Wealthsolver licence

 

 

You will receive a email with the ticket number.

Once Iress have completed your request they will update the ticket.
