To lodge request via the IRESS Connect Portal, click on the above link.
If this is your first time you will need to create a login by entering your email address, or you can ask a colleague to set you up via their login using the Access to Iress Connect option.
Once you have logged you can use this site to connect with multiple teams from IRESS to request help, change or add a license, request a change, or work on a shared project.
Click on the tile that best suits your request.

Something not working? Raise a request for IRESS to help you.
Once you select the request, complete the form with as much details as possible.
- Summary is like a subject, type in a brief description of your request
- Share with, you can include the group you are linked to or no one
- In what application? select Xplan from the dropdown
- Xplan Username: the username is what you use to sign into Xplan
- Xplan URL: is the web address on your xplan site.
- Send once you are satified you have entered all the details.
