Creating and maintaining feeds online
To manage data feeds, log onto Panarama and then go to Business > Data feeds.
Create
Data feeds can be created at the dealer group level, adviser level or account level and after requested will run overnight.
Dealer group level feeds can be requested by a Dealer Group Manager only. Once activated, all accounts under the dealer group are included in the particular feed.
Adviser level feeds can be requested by advisers and support staff with edit permission. Once activated, all accounts under the adviser are included to the particular feed.
Account level feeds can be requested by advisers and support staff with edit permission. Once activated, only the single account is included in the particular feed.
Software users may also need to activate feeds with the selected software provider.
View
Active data feeds of all levels can be viewed in the Data feeds page. The last feed column indicates when the last file was delivered (this is typically T-1).
Refresh
Requesting a data refresh triggers a history of holdings and transactions to be sent in the next file delivery. This can often help where issues/gaps are identified in the data with the software provider.
Refreshes can be requested for up to 10 accounts at a time and will run overnight. Please contact Panorama support to assist with scheduling any larger number of account refreshes.
Delete
Adviser level and account level feeds can be deleted by advisers and support staff with edit permission.
Once deleted the feed will cease to be sent to the software provider.
